Payments

Refunds: Refunds go back to the card or KNET account you paid with, or to your Lil' Baby wallet if you choose.

Returns

You can return a product within 14 days of receipt. If you changed your mind, it must be unopened and in its original packaging. Defective, damaged or wrong items are accepted even if opened. Returns cost you nothing and you get a full refund.
