Lil’ Baby ensures a safe and private App experience regarding data collection, information processing, and user digital safety. We are committed to protecting our users and visitors’ data. By using our services, you comply to our terms and this Privacy Policy. If you do not accept our privacy policy, then we advise you to discontinue using our App and services.
1.Collecting Personal Information and how we use it.
- Lil’ Baby may ask you to provide Personal Information when you first enter or register on our app like your name, age, gender, phone number, email address, home address and your zip code. We may ask you for your credit card information to bill you for the products and services that you have purchased.
- We may use the Personal Information that you provide us to:
- Register you on Lil Baby Application.
- To provide services to you, including those relating to the purchase of Products from Lil’ Baby.
- To improve your shopping experience by suggesting items you might find useful.
- To deliver the specific products/items that you wish to get delivered.
- We also use anonymous and aggregated data to create statistics and reports for various business purposes.
2.Security and Online Transactions.
- We take all steps necessary to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction of personal Information. Any information we obtain is protected. We do not disclose your information to third parties except for the following:
- Delivery addresses along with costumer’s phone number might be shared with local shipping companies we partner with to ensure a fast and hassle-free delivery experience. We do not share costumer’s names, their baby’s name, their baby’s date of birth, the type of products they purchase with us, or any other information with local delivery services.
- certain employees might have access to your information to ensure that we run our business properly and provide the services requested.
- to defend Lil’ Baby rights and property including its website.
- Our staff are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information and are not allowed to use that information for any other purpose.
- From time to time we may supplement the information we collect from the site with information from offline or third party sources. We use this information to enhance or overlay the “profile” of customers and business contact information. This supplementary data is therefore tied to corporate contact information and in some cases personally identifiable information.
- Your visa, master card, credit card, and banking information are not stored in our data base, and we ensure safe banking transaction.
- Your personal information, including your online transactions, are very important to us, but know that no transactional method over the internet us 100% secure. While we aim to use commercially acceptable methods to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its ultimate security. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer. Except as set forth above, Lil’ Baby App will not share your personally identifiable information with third parties for their own promotional purposes without your explicit consent. We do share limited, anonymised attribution data with our analytics service provider (AppsFlyer) solely to measure advertising effectiveness, as described in Section 10 below. In addition, Lil’ Baby App will not rent or sell your personal information or Lil’ Baby e-mail list to third parties for their promotional purposes.
3. Phone Calls.
- The phone calls we have with you are not recorded, and we keep the content of the phone calls, messages we share, as well as any information disclosed to us private.
- Necessary steps are taken against unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of Personal Information. Any information that we collect and store that is personally identifiable is protected using appropriate means, and we are not responsible for any unauthorized access or use by third parties, unless this access is allowed because of our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
4. Emails, Messaging services & Notifications:
Lil’ Baby may use the information you provide us with to send emails and notifications about our services, products and offers. We may also use your phone number to notify you via SMS to update you about your order status.
5. Product Safety.
- We take product safety, hygiene, and the overall quality of our products very seriously. We store our product under the recommended conditions by the original manufacturer’s. We are not, however, responsible for any damage, spoil, impairment, or any defect caused by the original manufacturers of the products we display.
- We replace any damaged, malfunctioned product you may receive on our behalf as part of our customer support, but we are not responsible for the consequences/damages resulting from the use of those damaged goods as we are only distributors and not the original manufacturers.
- We do not take responsibility for health-related consequences of the products we display, including allergies to certain products. It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergens you may suffer and/or any medical illness that may interact with the goods we sell.
6. Refund Policy.
- An automatic receipt is automatically sent to your email box to ensure a proper documentation of any purchase.
- You have the option to fully refund products within 14 days of making the purchase.
- We are responsible for only replacing or refunding any damaged products you might receive.
7. Compliance with the Laws.
- At the request of the law, or if we believe that it is necessary to protect the safety of our app/services, we will disclose your personal information to the law.
8. Cookies.
- What are cookies? Cookies are files with little amount of data. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer's hard drive.
- We use "cookies" to collect information. You can refuse all cookies via your browser. However, when you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some parts of our service.
9. General.
- Upon your request, we may provide you with either a digital or hard copy of the personal information we have collected from you. You need to provide us with evidence of their identity (civil id, passport) as well as an official documentation of their current address.
- We may withhold such Personal Information to the extent permitted by law.
- You may request that we delete or not to process your Personal Information for marketing purposes by e-mail to Lilbabykw@hotmail.com at any time and all of your personal information shall be deleted from our data base.
- We do not spam you with unnecessary newsletters or offers. We always add a button at the end of our emails that allows you to unsubscribe and not receive any more emails from us. Once unsubscribed, we do not email you again.
- Any changes to our Privacy Policy will be posted on Lil Baby App – Newsletter and Blogs section. We may notify you about Privacy Policy changes via email. It your responsibility to review the privacy policy from every now and then and ensure you are up to date with the latest changes.
10. Mobile Analytics, Advertising Attribution & iOS Tracking
AppsFlyer. We use AppsFlyer (appsflyer.com) as our mobile attribution and analytics service. AppsFlyer helps us understand how users discover our app and measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. When you consent to tracking via the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt, AppsFlyer may collect your device's Advertising Identifier (IDFA), IP address (used to derive approximate location at city/country level), app install event, and anonymised in-app events (e.g. subscription started, purchase completed). This data is processed by AppsFlyer in accordance with their Privacy Policy at appsflyer.com/legal/privacy-policy. AppsFlyer also uses SKAdNetwork, Apple's privacy-preserving attribution framework, which allows limited aggregated attribution reporting even without your consent.
Firebase. We use Google Firebase for push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging) and app stability monitoring (Firebase Crashlytics). Firebase may collect device identifiers and diagnostic data. Firebase's data practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
iOS App Tracking Transparency. On iOS 14.5 and later, when you first launch the app we will ask for your permission to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites for advertising measurement purposes. If you tap Allow, your IDFA may be used by AppsFlyer as described above. If you tap Ask App Not to Track, no IDFA is collected and only privacy-preserving SKAdNetwork attribution is used — all app features remain fully available regardless of your choice. You may change this permission at any time in: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Lil' Baby.
Your rights. To opt out of all mobile analytics tracking, go to iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and disable tracking for Lil' Baby. You may also email support@lil-baby.com to request deletion of any data we hold.
